Social media sales training is a hands-on and practical guide for sales consultants towards selling in a social world. The programme will outline the requirements for building a systematic process for finding prospects, engaging, building trust and closing deals. During the session, we will focus on the process of engagement since this is the principal activity that leads to sales conversions.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Build highly effective and persuasive social profiles
- Effectively manage their personal brand and reputation online
- Grow their social network
- Use social media tools to identify prospects and build prospecting lists
- Generate engagement with prospects via content and discussion forums
- Move sales forward using direct contact messaging

Alex Falzon is a self-learner with a great passion for soft skill training sales training and coaching, team development and sales growth. Alex gets his fulfilment from motivating and inspiring others people’s growth and professional development. His career has progressed through years of involvement within two main industries; printing (Gutenberg & Times of Malta) and telecommunications (Vodafone). At a corporate level, Alex’s management, leadership and coaching skills delivered results for companies looking to expand their revenue and reach their profitability targets. Alex is a fulltime freelance sales trainer collaborating with reputable corporate companies. He is also the founder of The Sales Profession | Malta Facebook Page. Alex graduated in Economics and Management at the University of Malta in 2004. Alex is a certified NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) Trainer and is currently working on obtaining a certification in personal mastery in coaching and mentoring, accredited by the ICF and EMCC.
