By the end of this course you will have a better understanding of conflict and what type of negotiator you are which will reduce any uncertainty you may have in tackling it. Positive conflict management skills are a key component of leadership.

Karen is a team member of the Deloitte Consulting practice. She has lived and worked in the Middle East for 17 years before moving to Malta last year.
Her international exposure has developed keen communication and negotiation skills along with her experience consulting various multinational corporations and government bodies through strategic projects and engagements.
