David Herrera

Trainer bio and experience

David is a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory team, predominantly working in the spheres of regulatory compliance and operational risk management. He is a PRINCE2® Practitioner, and has led various business continuity management transformation projects within the banking sector and the wider financial services industry. He is Deloitte Malta’s Business Risk Leader for the Risk Advisory practice, and regularly provides corporate training to boards and executive management.

Prior to entering the financial services industry, David served for five years in the Office of the Prime Minister of Malta in a policy and communications role. He currently also lectures public policy students at the University of Malta on the topic of decision-making theory and leadership.
