Building an Organisation’s Risk Matrix

Intake Opening Soon 5:00 - 7:00pm Online

Description:

This session will focus on the risk matrix as a tool for organisations to assess and manage risks. The risk matrix typically consists of a grid with the likelihood of the risk occurring on one axis and the potential impact of the risk on the other axis. The likelihood and impact are typically rated on a scale of low, medium, and high.

We will look at risk identification and evaluation and how the tool can help to prioritise risks based on their likelihood and potential impact. This should allow the organisation to focus its risk management efforts on the risks that are most likely to occur and have the greatest potential impact.

The organizational risk matrix is a valuable tool for organizations of all sizes and types, as it helps them to identify and manage risks in a structured and systematic way. By using a risk matrix as a reporting tool, organizations can better understand the potential risks they face and take steps to mitigate or avoid those risks altogether.
